Here at Berger and Green, we feel in general, that if our clients understand what all of their symptoms are and are generally able to explain what a normal day is like for them and what they’re able to do and what they’re not able to do, that that testimony and that conversation with the Judge is far more important than a conversation with a witness. If a witness has something to add, or if we have a client who really is unable to express any of their problems or acknowledge what their problems are or what their difficulties are, then we feel that a witness is important.
