A mother is warning consumers of the potential dangers of the Hatchimal Bath Bombs after her daughter suffered a chemical burn from one. The young girl’s mother said she was in the bath tub for less than one minute when her skin got bright red and began to burn. The mother contacted the manufacturer and the representative said that the specific batch the bath bomb was in is being investigated after multiple reports were made. She did note that they were not all burn cases.
The Hatchimal Bath Bomb is a small bath bomb you place in your child’s bath tub and as the bath bomb melts, a small toy appears.
No official recall has been made, however, the batch number on the young girl’s bath bomb is HZ062HBAZATUR.
