Attorney Regina M. Brown was born in Rochester, Pennsylvania in 1978 where she graduated from Beaver Falls High School in 1996. She then attended Slippery Rock University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and was a member of Phi Sigma Pi, National Honor Society. Ms. Brown went on to earn her Juris Doctor in 2003 from Duquesne University School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Brown participated in the University’s Law Clinic where she completed an internship with Neighborhood Legal Services, who offered free legal assistance to those in need. During her third year of law school, she was offered a paid internship at the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
Prior to coming to Berger and Green, Attorney Brown worked in the Allegheny County Public Defender’s office where she held the position of Pre-Trial Division Manager. When she decided to start looking for a change in careers, she knew that she needed to still help people that needed quality representation. She says that Berger and Green was the perfect place for her because she still gets to help clients who are in serious need of quality representation.
