Parent’s Choice Infant Formula Recalled due to Possible Metal Contamination.
Parent’s Choice infant formula, sold exclusively at Walmart, has been recalled due to a possible metal contamination.
The possible metal contamination affects one lot (23,388 containers) of the infant formula. The manufacturer, Perrigo, says consumers who bought the product should look on the bottom of the package for a Lot Code of C26EVFV with a “use by” date of February 26, 2021.
Consumers should stop using the infant formula and return to Walmart for a refund.
No illnesses or injuries due to the recalled products have been reported so far.
The recall was issued out of caution due to a consumer report the company received.
