General Mills is voluntarily recalling their Gold Medal Unbleached Flour due to a salmonella risk. The recall was issued after the company’s flour tested positive for salmonella during a sampling of the product. The recall is being issued out of an abundance of caution. This recall only affects one date code of Gold Medal Unbleached Flour five-pound bags. All other types of Gold Medal Flour are not affected by this recall.
