Handi-Craft, the manufacturer of Dr. Brown’s baby products, is recalling 600,000 Pacifiers and Teething Holders due to a choking hazard.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission has received 67 reports of the snap detaching from the pacifier’s ribbon, causing a potential choking hazard.
The recall involves Dr. Brown’s Lovey pacifiers and teether products.
How to know if your pacifier or teething holder has been recalled
The pacifiers and teething holders were sold at Amazon, Bed Bath and Beyond, K-Mart, Target, Toys R Us and Walmart from August 2015 until March of 2018. Consumers can check to see if their product was recalled by visiting Dr. Brown’s website. Handi-Craft will be giving affected consumers a replacement product of equal or lesser value.
