The Berger and Green team have been serving injured and disabled people in Pennsylvania for over 40 years. To give back and serve our neighbors, we have established partnerships within our community to give back to those who have given so much to our community.
Below is a list of partnerships and programs Berger and Green is currently involved in.
Heart Disease Scholarship
Since 2017, Berger and Green has given an annual scholarship of $1,000.00 to a deserving student living with heart disease.
Heart disease is the number one cause of death in the United States, and a growing number of young people are being diagnosed with the condition each year.
We do not believe that heart disease should hinder a student’s education. All students should have every opportunity possible to pursue their dreams. And we want to help.
This year, Abigail from Abington, Pennsylvania, was selected as our Heart Disease Scholarship winner. We were inspired by her strength, determination and positive attitude. We wish her the best as she pursues a career in medicine.
The Berger and Green Heart Disease Scholarship is open to anyone living with heart disease in the U.S. For more information on how to apply, visit our website here.

Berger and Green is proud to support The Central PA Humane Society.
Through our partnership with the organization, we have been able to support and cover the costs to spay and neuter many cats and dogs.
Spay Days is a low-cost spay/neuter program offered by the Central Pennsylvania Humane Society, with the help of participating veterinarians and citizens concerned about the desperate problem of companion animal overpopulation in our area.
The program is designed to offer financial support for pet owners who are not financially able to afford the entire cost of surgery.
In the last six years, Berger and Green has helped the CPHS spay or neuter 1,561 animals!
Managing Partner Amanda J. Bonnesen, “We are proud to support the Central PA Humane Society in furthering animal safety and wellness. The Central PA Humane Society does a great job of placing animals in loving homes and we are happy to help further this work.”
