Berger and Green were honored to contribute to the 2024 Winter Warm Up Request-A-Thon, an event held on November 13th and 14th to raise funds for the Dollar Energy Fund. This annual event helps provide much-needed utility assistance to local families in Pittsburgh during the colder months. With the support of generous sponsors, including Berger and Green, the event raised a remarkable $164,502.00, benefiting over 460 Pittsburgh families this winter.
The Request-A-Thon, hosted by 94.5 3WS, brought the community together for a fun and meaningful cause. Participants had the opportunity to request their favorite songs in exchange for donations, with all contributions being matched dollar-for-dollar by utility partners. Thanks to generous sponsors, including Berger and Green, the Request-A-Thon surpassed $1 million raised since its start in 2018, helping neighbors in need stay warm.
This accomplishment is a testament to the generosity of the Pittsburgh community and its commitment to helping neighbors in need.
