Conagra Brands Recall Certain Healthy Choice Meals.
Conagra Brands are recalling certain Healthy Choice frozen chicken meals because the item may contain small rocks, posing a serious choking hazard.
The company received several consumer complaints that small rocks were found in the frozen meals.
The recall involves frozen, not-ready-to-eat chicken bowl items that were produced on January 23, 2020 with a best by date of October 19, 2020.
According to Conagra, the following products are involved in the recall:
- 9.5-ounce cartons containing “Healthy Choice POWER BOWLS Chicken Feta & Farro” with lot code 5006002320, UPC code 072655001800 and a best by date of 10/19/2020 on the label.
Consumers should throw away the recalled product (keeping proof of purchase) and contact the place of purchase or Conagra Brands’ consumer care department for a refund.
So far, there have been no reports of injuries or adverse reactions.
