Infantino Baby Carrier Recalled due to Fall Risk.
The manufacturer, Infantino, has recalled their soft infant and toddler baby carriers due to a fall risk.
The company says the buckles on the carrier can break, posing a fall hazard.
The recall affects the Go Forward 4-in-1 Evolved Ergonomic, Flip Front2back and Up Close Newborn infant carriers. The products and their lot codes are listed below.
- Go Forward 4-in-1 Evolved Ergonomic Carrier – 2018 0619
- Go Forward 4-in-1 Evolved Ergonomic Carrier – 2018 0719
- Flip Front2back Carrier – 2018 0719
- Up Close Newborn Carrier – 2018 0719
The carriers were sold nationwide at retailers including Target and online at Amazon.com.
Infantino says anyone who has the recalled carrier should immediately stop using it and contact them for a free replacement carrier.
At this time, there are no reports of injuries due to the recalled carriers.
