A man was struck by a vehicle while walking in a cross walk in McKees Rocks.
The accident occurred around 9:40 a.m. near the PNC Bank on Chartiers Avenue.
Witnesses say a white van stopped to let the victim cross the street through the cross walk when a grey truck went around the van and struck the victim.
They said the victim flew several feet in the air before landing on his back.
The victim’s coworker says he was working at the nearby Cricket store and was making a deposit at the ATM nearby when the accident occurred.
